Description

Aircraft Industries, a Czech manufacturer of light aircrafts, has announced an increase of staff at the Kunovice site by 114 new employees as of December 2018. The firm is considering reviving the project of developing a forty-seater civil aircraft L 610. The company is also expected to invest heavily in automation in the coming years in order to replace some of the manual labour, to make its processes more efficient and substitute some of the worker shortages. In 2017, the company sold 12 aircrafts and had profits of CZK 1.9 billion (€74 million).
