Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
SC2E, a company specialised in the fight against fuel poverty, has announced the recruitment of 250 people within three years. The company plans to open around 20 branches in the Haut-de-France region (Northern France), within three years. Each agency must be composed of 9 people. For the moment, 8 agencies are already planned for 2019 in Saint-Omer, Béthune, Arras, Péronne, Cambrai, Valenciennes as well as two in the metropolis of Lille, probably in Villeneuve-d'Ascq and Tourcoing. Recruitment has already begun. Approximately 200 people are to be recruited within 3 years for these agencies as well as 50 people in the support functions.
