Mobile phone company Three Mobile has announced plans to cut 350 jobs from its technology division. The move is part of the roll out of a new platform which is set to start in the middle of 2019. The changes will mean that fewer staff will be required, though the replacement of the existing technology will be phased, meaning that the job losses will take place gradually over a four year period. Three has said that it will seek to help affected employees find work elsewhere in the company, or outside the company should redeployment not be an option.
