Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The assistance company Inter Mutuelles Assistance (IMA) is recruiting 120 employees by the end of the year for its new operational centre near Rouen. Employees of this 4,300 m2 site will work on assistance in the event of travel (repairs, towing, replacement vehicles, repatriation) and solutions to relocate people in an emergency.
Eventually, 250 employees will be in activity, in addition to the seasonal workers (the site has more than 300 workstations). IMA employs 1,871 people in France, in its assistance subsidiary and 3,700 in total.
