Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA), a division of the Polish government responsible for addressing corruption in the country, has announced plans to double its workforce by the end of 2018. As a result, 400 new positions will be created. CBA is looking for anticorruption agents as well as employees for civil departments of the bureau, such as financial and banking specialists, IT specialists, programmers, electronics engineers, lawyers and economists. Located in Warsaw, the CBA has been in operation since 24 July 2006, having been activated by the June 2006 Central Anticorruption Bureau Bill.
