German freight logistics company DB Schenker, a subsidiary of German railway company Deutsche Bahn, has announced plans to create more jobs at its IT services centre (DB Schenker Technology Center) in Warsaw than it initially declared in October 2017. The company intends to employ over 300 people in total at the site, which means that additional 100 employees will be hired. The unit provides IT services to the units of Deutsche Bahn group operating in Europe, Asia and Africa. Globally, DB Schenker employs more than 72,000 people in about 140 countries.
