European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Finish manufacturing company, Peikko, has announced the acquisition of a factory on a site covering 90,000 square metres near Bucharest. The production will commence on the first quarter of 2019, resulting in the creation of 50 jobs and 100 more will be added by the end of the year. The company is looking for specialists in the field of construction, including engineers and welders for steel processing. As of November 2018, Peikko operates in 8 countries worldwide employing 1,800 people.
