Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Car manufacturer Rimac Automobili is looking to employ 100 new employees with various skills and knowledge ranging from highly specialised software engineers and vehicle engineers to expert craftsmen.
In addition to its own projects, the company is working on many more vehicles and technologies. Rimac is a partner to many automotive manufacturers among which Porsche, Pininfarina, Aston Martin, CUPRA, Renault. The company owner has been named as one of MIT’s Innovators under 35 and has recently announced that he will start working on a new electric car together with the well-known Italian sport car produces Pininfarina.
Currently Rimac Automobili employs 429 full-time workers, or 482 employees with associates and students. While most of the employees work at the company headquarters in Sveta Nedjelja near the City Zagreb, earlier in 2018 Rimac Automobili opened offices in Split and Osijek.
