Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On November 5, 2018, an agreement between four companies was signed to relaunch Nannini, a historic company of typical products of the Sienese confectionery tradition. The expansion plan entails 200 recruitments over the next two years, of which at least 60 by April 2019.
The new hirings will join the 300 employees of the company in different Italian cities, among which the historical Siena plant (where the shops will double, from 4 to 8), Milan and Florence.
Applications are already open and the figures sought are not only those closely related to the confectionery industry but also graduates in economics and biology.
