The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Polish construction company Budimex has announced that it will create 1,100 new jobs by the end of 2019 across Poland. Budimex is looking for experts in over 50 different fields, including construction managers, railway engineers, construction engineers and foremen. The company has introduced a new recruitment system, which offers financial rewards up to PLN 2,000 (€462) for effective indication of employees for the positions sought.
As of October 2018, Budimex employs over 7,000 people across the country. Previous restructurings took place in 2017 (1000 jobs created) and 2015 (800 jobs created).
