Description
The managemen of the French railway company has announced a reorganisation of its subsidiary Voyagesncf.com, hosting its travel agency activities, that will lead to the closure of the subsidiary, the creation of a new entity, OUI.com mainly managed outside the EU. The European Works Council of SNCF, that was seized with a procedure of information/consultation regarding this subsidiary Voyagesncf.com, has adopted a negative advice about this reorganisation that will lead to cut 41 position in Belgium, 20 in Germany, 19 in Italy, 7 in Switzerland, 8 in Spain and 13 in the United Kingdom. About 36 positions could be created in France to compensate the job losses at EU level.
