Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish producer of automotive components Spinko Moto, a subsidiary of Spinko, has announced that it will create about 250 jobs at its newly opened production facility in Zielona Góra. Spinko Moto is looking for machine operators, logistics specialists, maintenance specialists and tool shop staff. The company has invested about PLN 62 million (€14.4 million) in the project located in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Econimic Zone, Poland, and the unit will be specialized in the production of elements for turbocharges, chargers, braking systems, and other components for the automotive industry.
Spinko has been operating since 1950; as of October 2018, the company has two factories in Poland: Leszno and Zielona Góra. The company is also specialized in casting of aluminium and iron.
