The online retailer Amazon has opened a new distribution centre near Vienna creating more than 100 new jobs. The centre is located in Großebersdorf and will provide supply for Amazon delivery vans but also for other partner delivery companies. According to the company, the distribution centre should allow more flexibility and customers to receive orders in a shorter period of time. Job descriptions from Amazon gained attention from newspapers, as for managerial positions the company is looking for people with a military background.
