European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Telecommunications company Aerial Direct has announced plans to create 100 new jobs as part of its move to a new site between Southampton and Portsmouth. The firm, which is based in Fareham, Hampshire, will move to the new premises in late September 2018 and add the new jobs over a period of around 18 months. The company currently employs 220 staff, and although the reports suggest that 100 staff will be added, the new site does have capacity to house a total of 450 staff, should further growth necessitate recruitment of even more staff.
