Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Morphosis, a SMEs specialist in the treatment and recycling of electronic and telecom waste, has announced a hundred of recruitments in its new plant at Fécamp (Seine-Maritime). The plant will open in January 2019. With an expected investment of more than €5 million, the site becomes the largest electronic card processing centre in France. The decision to create this new site is related to a sustained growth of the activty that should lead to the creation of a hundred positions by 2025, according to the management. Morphosis employs currently 50 people and reached a turnover of €12 million in 2017.
