Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
CNIM, an equipment manufacturer and industrial assembler, has announced the recruitment of 100 employees by the end of the year. CNIM reached a turnover of €634 million in 2017. CNIM works with large private companies and public bodies, in the fields of environment, energy, defense and high technologies for the supply of equipment and turnkey solutions. The site at La Seyne-sur-Mer (Var) employs 800 employees of the 2,500 CNIM employees. The site is in full expansion and a hundred recruitments are planned in the coming months.
