Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Roullier Group, a company specialising in plant, animal and human nutrition, announced plans to recruit over a hundred employees in its different locations in France, but mainly in the Brittany region. The group is mainly looking for sales director and sales technicians (160 positions) and for managers able to increase the turnover.
The group announced a recruitment of over 100 employees in 2017. The group employs 8,000 people worldwide, against 6,000 in 2012. About 30% of the workforce is based in France.
