Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish producer of agricultural machinery Cynkomet has announced that it will increase its employment by 20%, what implies that 50 jobs will be created at the unit in Czarna Białostocka near Białystok, Poland. The company is recruiting staff to the Agricultural technology R&D centre, as well as production department. R&D centre, worth PLN 22.4 million (€5.23 million), is expected to be launched in September 2018. Among others, the company is looking for welders, machine operators, turners, locksmiths, assembly staff, supply staff, warehouse staff, quality controllers, milling machine operators, and cleaners.
Cynkomet specializes in the production of agricultural machines, galvanizing and painting. Currently, the company employs 250 people.
