Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Norway‘s provider of fertilizers and crop nutrition solutions Yara International is to create around 250 jobs in Vilnius. The company has announced plans to open a logistics-focused European Business Centre in Vilnius and intends to hire around 250 employees for a wide range of positions, from transport management to customer support.
Yara International is one of the largest suppliers of mineral fertilizers in the world. The company operates in over 60 countries and has more than 17,000 employees worldwide. The Norwegian government is the company’s largest shareholder.
