Canadian-owned global customer outsourcing company Telus International has announced it will create 300 new jobs in Romania by the end of 2018.
TELUS International Europe is a multilingual contact centre, which provides BPO (business process outsourcing) and ITO (information technology outsourcing), and has been operational in Romania since 2004.
As of July 2018, Telus International has 1,200 employees in Romania in two centres in Bucharest and Craiova (Dolj County).
Globally, the company has a workforce of 31,000 across 10 countries.
