European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Podravka, the Croatian food processing company, has recently started negotiations with trade unions regarding changes and amendments to the collective agreement. As part of the mentioned negotiations, a resolution has been passed on hiring 110 young employees on a full-time permanent basis.
Most of the new contracts were signed with the workers in the production department, but also with employees in other parts of the company, such as logistics, sales, business programs and corporate functions.
