Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The IT firm Vivaris has announced the recruitment of 200 employees in 2018 on a permanent employment contract. The group recruits mainly engineers. Half of them will work on information systems and the other half on embedded systems. 75% of the positions are available for young graduates, or engineers with less than three years of experience.
The group reached a turnover of €57 million in 2016 and employs 980 people in France in 2018. Viveris already announced the recruitment of 180 employees in 2017, also on a permanent employment contract.
