Burger King, an international chain of fast food restaurants, has announced it is seeking to expand its activities across Belgium. In total they plan to open 45 new restaurants, resulting in a job creation of approximately 750-800 per year until 2022. For the remainder of 2018 they want to hire an additional 500 employees. Apart from opening up more restaurants the chain also indicates that it would like to implement drive-throughs in all of its current restaurants and invest more in food deliveries.
