Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Keolis Lyon, a subsidiary of the public transport group Keolis has announced it will recruit 500 new employees (against 300 previous years on average) by 2018 for TCL, the public transport network of the city of Lyon. Keolis Lyon (4,500 employees) carries 1.7 million passengers per day. The organisation continues its development and announces the recruitment to meet the numerous network investment and expansion projects, which include a new tram line as well as automation and extension of the B metro line. Keolis seeks 400 drivers and 50 positions for its maintenance activities.
