Furniture retailer Fabb Sofas has announced that it is closing with immediate effect leading to the loss of all 185 jobs. The decision to appoint administrators followed an unsuccessful search for a buyer for the business. Efforts to find a buyer will continue though at present all nine stores across England and Scotland are closed and will not take further orders. The status of existing orders is uncertain; if a buyer is found it is thought that the company may be able to fulfil some or all of the existing order book.
