Description
Continental, the Germany-based car parts producer, has recently opened a new production hall in the city of Trutnov, where it will create up to 200 new jobs. The full production of exhaust gas sensors (8 million pieces per year) will start at the latest by the end of 2019. In the new hall, with a total production area of 3,000 m2, elements of Industry 4.0, and advanced robotic automation are applied.
Thanks to business expansion, the number of employees at the site is to increase to 2,000.
