Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The consultancy company Deloitte has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at its Deloitte CE Business Centre in Rzeszów. Deloitte is looking for IT specialists, HR staff, accounting and financial specialists. The company is to employ both experienced specialists and graduates with knowledge of foreign languages, especially English.
Deloitte has nine offices across Poland (Warsaw, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Szczecin, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź and Rzeszów). The centre in Rzeszów has been operating since September 2015 and employs 400 people. The centre provides accounting, IT, audit, risk management and administration services to Deloitte’s branches and clients of the company operating in 18 countries in the CEE region.
In 2017, the centre in Rzeszów hired 200 employees for similar positions.
