Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Jouve group, a specialist in printing and digital technology, has announced it will recruit 100 new employees to cope with the growth of its business. Half of the new hires are intended for the sites at Mayenne. The profiles sought are very diverse: machine operators, computer engineers, software and hardware specialists, project managers, research and development engineers, document processing operators. Jouve plans to recruit employees from the industry who can receive training in nine to twelve months. Recruitment will be on a permanent contract and on a fixed-term contract.
As of June 2018, Jouve employs about 2,000 people worldwide of which 850 are located in France.
