European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lithuanian state-owned road maintenance company Keliu prieziura is to dismiss 150 employees in different Lithuanian regions by the end of 2018. The main cause of the dismissals is the internal restructuring of the company. The company is currently undergoing restructuring procedures intended at optimising and making more efficient use of available labour resources. The company attempts to eliminate the duplication of functions and save more than €2.5 million in 2019. Currently Keliu prieziura employs 2,584 employees.
