Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The regional bank Caisse d’Épargne Aquitaine-Poitou-Charentes (group BPCE) has announced the recruitment of 200 employees on permanent employment contract by 2020. Jobs are provided in the region Nouvelle Aquitaine for commercial positions. 60% of the positions are created in the Bordeaux metropolitan area. The bank is seeking specific profiles with digitalisation skill (digital marketing, data analyst, financial engineering). According to the source, even if the bank reduces its network of agencies, it needs more expertise to satisfy their customers' expectations.
