Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Altran Technologies, the global innovation and engineering consulting firm, plans to hire more than 200 highly qualified professionals during 2018 for its offices in Seville and Cádiz (Andalusia, Spain). The company currently has generated more than 120 new jobs in the last three years, consolidating its growth. Altran maintains an important investment in Andalusia, like the implementation of the Center for Innovation in Advanced Manufacturing created in 2015 in Cádiz. This center is designed to accompany companies and organizations in the industrial transformation to the factory of the future.
