Description
Unilever has confirmed plans to close the Colman's Mustard factory in Norwich. All 113 jobs at the site will be lost and production will be moved to sites in Burton on Trent and also in Germany. Plans had initially been revealed in January 2018, though at that stage the timeframe for the closure was not known. It has now been announced that the process of closure will begin in the autumn of 2018 and continue to the end of 2019. The employees at the Norwich site have been put at risk of redundancy.
