Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The real estate group Foncia has announced the recruitment of 100 employees by 2018 to reinforce its sales force. The progiles soughts are for housing and estate agents and the posts are available across the Foncia network of agencies. The company wants to use digital technologies such as 3d plans and electronic signatures and certificates to increase the number of services available to clients.
Foncai manages residential and commercial properties in France. The company provides condominium management, lease management, renting, sale, research funding, insurance, and technical diagnoses services. It also manages newly constructed buildings, and sells and leases business premises, offices, and shops. Additionally, the company manages real-estate investment trusts.
