The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The private security company Bodyguard has been placed into liquidation. The commercial court refused the continuation of the activity. All employees received a message to not work from the 16 April onwards and that the wages will be paid by the public institution in charge of the insolvency guarantee. The 430 employees will be dismissed before the end of April. On 17 April, the employees were waiting for information but received no more details from the management.
