The Spanish bank CaixaBank will hire 70 new sales representatives as part of its plan to expand in the region of Madrid. The new employees will assess customers of its retailing banking business, including individuals, SMEs and self-employed customers. They will assess customers on financial products, insurance policies and other banking services. The expansion is part of a process of transforming banking offices into advice centres, a trend in the financial sector.
