Description
Brose, a German car components manufacturer, is to expand its business in Slovakia by completing the second stage of its new factory in Prievidza. New investment worth EUR 50 million would be completed by August 2018. According to Brose Prievidza agent, the new plant will focus more on development and should create between 400 and 500 new jobs there. The first phase of Brose's investment (worth the same amount) was completed at the end of 2016. About 600 people have been working there. Each plant stretches on around 19,000 m2 of space. Besides Slovakia, Brose is also recruiting new employees from Germany and other EU countries.
