Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Tryba, a market leader in the renovation of windows, doors and shutters, has announced the recruitment of 200 employees in total at national level. The positions offered are on permanent employment contract to reinforce the company's network of sales outlets in France. The franchise wishes to strengthen its teams in order to respond effectively and quickly to the expectations of its customers. The company, which currently employs 1,500 people, will mainly recruit sales consultant, assistants and technicians.
Tryba is a subsidiary of the group Atrya. A former recruitment announcement of 200 employees was announced in 2017.
