Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Portuguese Software company Critical Software will recruit more than 300 workers by the end of the year, especially specialised engineers. The company finished 2017 with a 12% increase in turnover compared to 2016. Since the beginning of the year the company has hired more than 100 workers in Portugal.
Founded in 1998, Critical Software has offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, United States and Portugal (Coimbra, Lisbon and Porto) and has just opened new offices in Évora, Tomar, Vila Real and Viseu.
