Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
DOVISTA Poland, a producer of windows which is a subsidiary of Denmark-based DOVISTA Group, has announced that it will create 100 jobs at its new logistic centre in Wędkowy near Tczew. The centre is located in the DOVISTA Window Village, and the investment is worth PLN 22 million (EUR 5.22 million).
DOVISTA Group is a group of companies and brands on the North European market for windows and external doors. The group consists of 10 independent brands, and it employs 3,600 employees who manufacture doors and windows in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Ireland and Poland. In Poland, the company has been operating for 28 years and currently employs over 2,400 people there.
