Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
American software company Qualtrics has announced it will create 120 jobs at its new R&D centre in Kraków by the end of 2019. The company is looking for IT engineers who will work in software development, product management and innovation creation.
Qualtrics was founded in the United States in 2002. Currently, it employs over 1,600 employees in 13 offices worldwide. Qualtrics software enables users to collect and analyse data online for different purposes including market research, customer satisfaction and loyalty, product and concept testing, employee evaluations and website feedback.
