Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
SG Digital, a US-based provider of gambling products and services, which is a subsidiary of Scientific Games, has announced that it will create over 100 jobs at its new technological development centre in Kraków by the end of 2018. The new centre, which is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2018, will become SG Digital’s fourth major development hub in Europe and will complement the operations carried out in London, Athens and Stockholm.
Scientific Games is a global provider of technology-based gaming systems and products, services and content for gaming, lottery and interactive gaming markets. SG Digital is a digital division of Scientifis Games and employs over 1,500 people in game studios and development centres worldwide.
