Description
Logistics company Yearsley Group has announced plans to create 300 new jobs when it opens its new site in Peterborough. When fully complete, the site will host the largest cold storage hub in the UK, and will transport goods to and from all the major ports in the South East of England. Originally the company had planned for a 2013 opening, but plans were put on hold due to the downturn in the market. The site is expected to be operational from August 2018, though there is no indication of how long it will take to fill all of the projected jobs.
