Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The management of the Renault Le Mans plant announced the recruitment of 205 employees in 2018, including 175 on a permanent employment contract and 30 on a fixed-term contract for at least one year. Recruitment mainly concerns manufacturing and logistics operators, but also maintenance technicians, plant operators, technical experts and managers. The plant is considered as a reference site for the chassis within the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. Since 2015, the plant has recruited 405 employees on permanent contract. Two other Renaults' plants have recently announced recruitments: Renault Flins (400 employees) and Renault Cléon (230 employees).
