Ethics in the digital workplace

The Dutch telecommunications company Altice has announced that 268 employees (meeting a certain criteria including age and the number of years of social security contributions) from former PT (Portugal Telecommunication) will have the possibility to enter early retirement without any penalty. As a way to mitigate effects of any delay in the granting of retirement pension by the state, Altice will offer a full pension from 1 January 2018.
