Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Finnish cooperative bank Osuuspankki is hiring 60 new employees for customer service and background positions to the bank's Centralised Service Production unit in Tampere. Specifically, most tasks are within loan offering and negotiating, clearing services and credit and collateral services. Some background within the bank sector, economic administration sector or of general administrative duties is preferential, but not required.
The recruitment process has already started and will run for a few weeks during spring 2018. Most of the jobs are new openings, but a few of them are old ones to be filled in.
