Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Romanian subsidiary of IT&C service provider Genpact has announced it will create 1,000 new jobs at its sites in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca. The open positions are for graduates and senior experts in finance, accounting, procurement, IT support and consultancy services. Last year, the company recruited 300 new employees for the respective two sites.
As of February 2018, Genpact has an employee base of approximately 3,500 in Romania.
