Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT and software consultancy company Ausy announced plans to recruit 1,300 employees in the framework of its new strategic plan 2020 with the aim to double its financial turnover. Ausy will recruit at its different sites in France by the end of 2018. Ausy will recruit mainly engineers for its sites in France and mainly in the Parisian region (650 employees). Ausy recruited 130 employees in Western France in 2014 and 700 employees in 2010, an additional 1,100 in 2011 and another 1,200 employees in 2012. In 2013, it also announced a plan to recruit about 1,200 employees by the end of that year (see previous ERM Factsheet).
The Ausy group has 6,500 employees world-wide.
