Description
In January 2018, producer of modular buildings Nordhus declared bankruptcy. As a consequence, the production facility in Bielsk Podlaski will be shut down as the unit is no longer profitable, resulting in the dismissal of 140 employees by the end of February 2018.
The local employment agency has announced it will implement some measures for the redundant workers. Nordhus has produced modular and panel buildings for houses, hotels and hospitals in Bielsk Podlaski since 2013.
