Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
American manufacturer of agriculture, construction and forestry machinery John Deere has announced that it will create 120 jobs at its business service centre in Poznań. The multi-functional centre will support John Deere’s European factories and facilities in various areas such as finance and accounting, HR, order fulfilment, aftermarket support, sales and marketing. The company is looking for specialists with knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, German and French.
The company has 65 plants in 19 countries. John Deere has been operating in Poland since 2004. The company has a training centre in Tarnowo Podgórne near Poznań.
