European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Norwegian Kongsberg Automotive plans to invest €9 million to expand its business in Slovakia. The company will create 280 new jobs at its factory in Vrable where a new production hall for the production of control systems for gear boxes will be opened. The business expansion is attributed to new contracts with PSA Group. The company also expects cooperation with Jaguar Land Rover in Nitra.
